Terms & Conditions

Registration forms and full payment must be received for all camps before the student can participate. Complete payment must be submitted for any camp to be confirmed. No refunds will be given for any cancellations. There will be no negotiated fees for arriving late, leaving early, or missed days. Conduct: If a student is not behaving appropriately, we reserve the right to send them home. There is a $30 administration fee for all NSF payments. Any photographs and/or video are property of Franco Canadian Goalie School Ltd. As such, Franco Canadian Goalie school reserves the right to use any images for brochures, flyers, webpages, or other promotion of their school.

The participant and parents acknowledge and agree that Franco Canadian Goalie School Ltd. or any of the principals, officers, employees, agents, directors, or instructors will not be held responsible for any accidents, damage, injury, or loss, however caused, negligent, or otherwise, at any time and expressly release any and all parties above from all claims arising from any accident, damage, injury or as a consequence thereof. In the event of an inability to be contacted, I hereby give Franco Canadian Goalie School Ltd. permission to seek any necessary medical attention required.
